Freelance Prototype development – internet of things

Job Description
Work involves developing a prototype. The prototype will:
- Take output from printed chipboard (which creates one of 8 numbers)
- Feed that number, via a GPRS signal, to a webserver
The expected delivered work should include:
- Working Arduino board
- Any code required
Am open to methods on how this is done. I can send further information over if you are interested in the project.
Am looking for someone to start asap, and from my understanding, project should be completed in a few days.
